CAMDEN COUNTY, Ga. -- With a badge around her neck, Dora the German Shepherd is more than just a dog, she is a K-9 Officer.
Christopher Carswell, 16, is working to make sure K-9s like Dora stay alive on the job by getting the police dogs their own first aid kits.
