Meet K-9 Taro and Det. Craig Capps!
Det. Capps lost his K9 partner due to a health problem. He needed a "new" K9 partner, but his department could not afford to replace his K9. He found a kennel that would work with him - the kennel took a tax write-off on part of the cost of the dog and then with the help of the community and 1Boy4Change, Det. Capps, now has his new K9 partner AND a heat alarm to keep him safe!
